What is ‘Sensory Feast’?
Sensory Feast in Indianapolis is a gastronomical adventure. Over the course of 90 minutes, three imaginative courses will arrive on your table.
Begin with a vibrant salad bursting with color and freshness, followed by your choice from The Mad Hatter’s Feast: chicken marinated in green tea and ginger, lightly seared cod with bright citrus notes or sautéed vegetables infused with Earl Grey. Each main is served with jasmine rice, violet beetroot and cauliflower purée, and three signature sauces. Finish with the “Break Reality” dessert, a Victoria Sponge Cake reimagined with a subtle, whimsical twist as stunning projections transform your table into a living artwork.
